What We DoBeyond Profit Ventures (BPV) was founded in 2009 to accelerate finance and commercialization of early stage life science ventures. Humanitarian and emerging market dimensions of the business model are required. Our business is driven by collaborative relationships with researchers, research institutions, professional managers, private and institutional financial investors, philanthropies and NGOs. We are an L3C that qualifies for PRI investment by foundations. Our goal is to create successful new, innovative commercial ventures that leverage the work of science, government, the private sector and civil society to help as many people as possible in the shortest possible time.
